TeacherEdge

The  leading edge in school leadership.

About Us

TeacherEdge started in 1996 when two principals, chatting over lunch, realized they shared more questions than answers. The result was a 25 year journey, published books and articles, presentations at colleges and professional conferences from coast to coast, podcasts, webinars and blogs. Their professional development and consultant work emphasizes two areas critical to a school leader's success: resolving adult conflict and hiring excellent staff, in addition to inquiry learning in classrooms.  Their expertise in design thinking and group facilitation enables them to work with educators at all levels to build capacity for school improvement.

Rob's career spans elementary and secondary school classrooms, principal's and superintendent's offices, and college campuses. A practitioner and scholar, his work has been presented at national and international conferences and published in respected journals.  Rob is currently Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Director and Coordinator for Graduate programs Educational Leadership graduate programs at Manhattanville University.
